MySci Surveys - Feedback Opportunities
This is the place to connect with ways to give feedback about your MySci experience! We know that paperwork can be a “pain”! Hopefully, these online surveys will be an easy way to give us the feedback we need and not take up too much of your time.
 
All of the responses from these surveys come to the external evaluator, Kathi Beyer. The returns are compiled; patterns identified and then reported to the MySci staff. This feedback is used to refine the MySci program and curriculum for future use – your use!

Surveys For All Teachers:

Post Program Survey: Rate by numbers a set of statements relating to PD preparation, your teaching, your beliefs about teaching and room for comments - to be completed when you are finished with implementation of the curriculum unit.

Teaching Context Survey: Rate and identify by number options what conditions were factors in how you implemented the curriculum unit - to be completed when you are finished with implementation of curriculum unit.
 
Surveys For Teachers who are Participants in Targeted Sample
(In addition to above surveys):
Optional addition for all teachers: (more opportunities for feedback and gift cards)

Pre Investigation Station Survey: Rate and identify by number options how pre experiences for the IS visit have prepared you and your students - to be completed just prior to the IS visit.
 
Post Investigation Station Survey: Rate and identify by number options how the IS experiences impacted you and your students - to be completed just after the  IS visit is over.
 
Surveys For Principals and Curriculum Coordinators or Team Leader:

Principal Survey and Curriculum Coordinator Survey: Rate and identify by number options and comments how the MySci experience went for your school - to be completed at the end of implementation of curriculum units.
